Delivery

Submission of an order is contingent upon our acceptance of the offer. Upon processing your order, we will send an email confirmation to the provided email address, confirming your order details.

It is important to note that we do not consider ourselves legally bound by a contract with you in all circumstances.

Courier-delivered items are unable to adhere to specific delivery times. If a delivery is impeded due to public holidays or local restrictions, the order will be fulfilled on the following working day.

To ensure seamless delivery, kindly verify that you have furnished a complete address, including the precise postcode of the recipient, along with a reachable telephone number or email address. This information enables us to promptly notify you in the event of any delivery challenges.

All products categorized under the “GIFTS” section are dispatched via FedEx or an equivalent courier service. Consequently, we cannot guarantee specific delivery timings. All orders will be executed between 9:00 am to 7:00 pm and may necessitate 3-5 days of shipping time based on factors such as product availability and other relevant parameters. Please refer to the “Earliest Date of Delivery” specified on the product description page. In the case of multiple product orders with chosen delivery dates earlier than the available date, the delivery will be made on the selected date, while gifts will be dispatched at the earliest feasible opportunity.
